How do I reset my portal password? +
Go to the sign-in page and click 'Forgotten your password?'. Enter the email address registered with your account. You will receive a reset link within 5 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our helpdesk.
What forms of ID are accepted for registration? +
We accept a valid UK passport, full or provisional UK driving licence, EU national identity card, or biometric residence permit. The document must be in date. If you do not have any of these, please contact our identity verification team to discuss alternative options.
Can I access services on behalf of another person? +
Yes. You can be added as an authorised representative for a family member, vulnerable adult, or person who has granted power of attorney. You will need to register your own account first and then request representative access by completing form NSP-RA1 available in the downloads section.
How long does registration take? +
Standard registration is completed in under 10 minutes. Identity verification is usually confirmed within 2 hours. In some cases, where automated verification is not possible, a postal verification code will be issued within 5 working days.
Is my information shared with third parties? +
Your information is only shared with government departments and agencies that need it to deliver the services you use. We do not sell or share your data with commercial third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Notice.
